All of our product is made to order so we cannot accept a return. Prior to manufacture we send out confirmation drawings of your chosen piece and we strongly suggest you double check all dimensions to assure it fits. We are always happy to receive a call and advise on sizing.

Our product is all made to order to your exact specification. We provide confirmation drawings prior to manufacture to assure ourselves and importantly yourself, that the product is exactly what you specified. We can’t accept returns on this basis.

Any damage caused to the product upon installation is our responsibility and will be repaired or replaced at our cost. Again, any faults with the product will be identified and corrected at our cost and as soon as reasonably possible. We work with the highest quality timber materials and the beauty of this product is in the natural grain pattern. Every piece we make has its own individual character.
